Cannot Change Font Size In Blocks When Editing My Webpage

I cannot edit font sizes when editing my blocks.
I can change text, and enter it, however cannot change font style, etc.
Im extremely limited here, so my page is needing help.
I am admin user and owner of this site. It was build out for me in January 2011 from a develope.

Nothing works when I click on the HTML tab. I think multiple items are not working within this block when I try to edit.

It's possible that the current theme you're using has some CSS that's overriding the styling within the content editor. In other words, it defaults to whatever is specified within you theme's main CSS file. This would mean that some additional CSS styling might be necessary.
How did you try to change the font size? Was it via the editor?
Do you know a little bit of HTML? My suggestion would be to look at the html code when you have the editor up. There is a button called "html" to see what is going on when you try to change the font.
Do you want to change the font throughout the entire site? If so, then the best way to do this is via css.
