Cannot Edit a User (Member)

After our upgrade from 5.5.x to 5.6.0 to 5.6.1.2, it looks like the interface on the Edit User screen got messed up. We no longer have the Edit User button so I can assign people to groups, etc.
I am going to do some research on any CSS files that might have been modified, but if anybody out there has any helpful clues to fix this, please let me know. If I find a solution, I will post the answer.
Please see screen shot attached.
Thank you in advance for any assistance :)

Just a thought... the permissions model changed drastically between 5.5 and 5.6. When the buttons are missing, are you signed in as the Super User or just a regular Administrator?
You are spot on mhawke. I dug up the credentials for the super user (admin) account and was able to see those buttons under that log in. I then found the "User Permissions" screen where most settings were set to "none" and added the "Administrator" group. Now all is well.
I have a couple other installations of 5.6.1.2 where the standard permissions do allow "Adminstrators" to do things like Edit User Details and such. This must be because of the upgrade path I imagine.
If so, the core team needs to look into this.
Thanks for the response. I appreciate it greatly.

No problem...
You've no doubt heard the expression "The Medium is the Message"
Around here, "The Forums are the Documentation".
C5 is a very rapidly changing system and if the core team took time to re-write all the documentation for each version, this would either slow down development and let others pass us or a new version would be out before the documentation was complete for the previous version.
That being said, they do their best to let us know what's changed.
