Cannot edit homepage

Hi All,
I have migrated this C5 site to new host. It is up fine with the exception of the homepage not being able to be edited. The bar is on top but will not expose the edit button. As you slide over the navbar for any other page, they come right up. Trying to put this one to bed but need to get this fixed.
I have read everything in the forums and nothing helps. anyone have any other ideas or maybe can steer me in the right direction??

Hi Coteo,
I just figured it out based upon all of the suggestions from the forum. I am using Popup Pro on the homepage. Everytime I install it, it makes the homepage un-editable. I am going to reach out to JB to see if he has any ideas because I do want to use it again at this new host.

Happy to have helped you.
* Do you have access to your log files ?
* try to empty cache
* can you give us the URL ?
* did you install any addon ? Disable all the addons.
