Cannot get past the dashboard

I have a concrete5 site and I tried many times to login.

Finally I emailed myself a password reset and reset my password.

I tried to login with the new password, but it's not taking me past the dashboard now.

I do not get an "incorrect username or password" message...I'm just not getting past the dashboard.

I'm scared to change the existing code because other people on the site aren't having a problem logging in?

Okay, works now

a. Cleared my cookies (didn't seem to help)
b. Waited an hour, then it just seemed to work.

Okay, I've had this problem again with another user on my site and I think I know more about what is happening.

User tries to reset their password.

They receive the email and click on the link.

They reset their password, which *should* sign them in.

Instead of signing them in, it takes them to the home page SANS admin bar at the top (i.e. they still can't get in to the dashboard)

Here are my environment settings:

Okay, I am still having problems.

User can now get into the dashboard as long as they check the "Remember Me" checkbox.

If they don't, no matter if they enter in the right username and password, they won't get into the dashboard.

However, now they cannot see the "Edit" button even though they get into the dashboard.

I tried logging in with their credentials on my computer, and I can see the "Edit" button and the dashboard, but I suspect that something is wrong with their server setup (see the environment settings above).

Is there any way to fix this?
