Cannot Log in with another computer
Permalink
I am able to log in with my old computer but have recently purchased a new computer and am unable to log in with the new computer to edit or add to my existing site.
I have installed Java on the new computer but it has not resolved the issue. Also tried another computer and it likewise is unable to log into my website to edit or update.

Not quite sure why, but if I use the original initial password that was setup by the developer that created my initial website then I can log on and edit my website from a different computer. After I assumed full editing then I changed the password to a new password so I am perplexed why the old one is not circumvented and should now be obsolete.
Can't believe it was something so simple yet so stupid. But glad I am able to edit.

Java is not needed at all for Concrete5.
I am going to state the obvious, are you sure you have the proper username and password?
What happens when you try to log in?
Do you see an error message? What is it?
