We cannot login to edit our site - please help! We have had the hosting company restore a backup of the site and the database and still no luck. We also followed a thread that suggested adding a php file to the config folder to force the admin password to "password", also no help. We now have dated material on our site and no holiday promotions and cannot edit. Does anyone have a suggestion? Also, if I put in any of the email accounts for retrieve lost password, we get an invalid user error.
