Cannot login to the website HELP!

Hello!
Just recently I tried logging into my website after creating some users and new user attributes (some of which were mandatory) and now when I try to access the website again I get the message.
'403 Page forbidden'
I tried a way around this, registering a new dummy user for this purpose and I get the same error when I click the link to activate my account.
I've already cleared the week's cache, history and used Firefox as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have loads of work to do there!

I recommend checking your .htaccess file, as it may have a block of some kind coded within it. As a test you can rename the file something such as .htaccess.old, if you can access the website after that, then you know it was the a cause.
Have you tried on a different browser?
