Cannot select block

I am encountering an issue with a couple of block I cannot modify because I cannot see the dotted red border ... it seems to be hidden ....Is there any other way to select a block area ? Thank you
If they were working before and now they are not than trying clearing the cache on c5. Go to your dashboard select system & settings, and under the optimization category select clear cache.
Could be a javascript conflict?
Thanks guys ... apparently it was a div misplaced ... but it is all sorted now ...
