Cannot sign in to edit my site.

I just set up a site last week & now when I try to sign in at the bottom of the page... No combination of user name and password allow me into the site. When I use the 'reset and email' ... nothing is ever emailed to me. Is there somewhere else I can change this? And, yes, I am a total novice...

Just to let you know if you aren't aware that there is a Comprehensive Documentation section on concrete 5 with loads of How-to's, Please refer to this article and I am sure it would help you login back to your site.
