What happens when you try? Did you check your PHP error logs to see if there is a clue in there as to what is going on?
It's only loading files. there is no error logs.
When refresh page the file will seen there but i didn't get any success logs while uploading jpg files.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you are trying to say. Can you attach some screenshots of what is happening? I am sure that if the files aren't uploading there are some PHP Errors in the log on your server, NOT within C5, on the server.
do you have jpg files listed in your approved file list?
