Can't Add/Delete Rows in Layout

I am using the latest version of C5, and whenever I try to add a row to my layout, it doesn't work. However, I can add columns. Randomly, after I add and delete columns, adding a row will work 1 time only.

Please shed some light on this!

Hi Brandon,

What rows are you talking about and how are you trying to add them?
Do you mean rows inside a table added via the TinyMCE editor?

To clarify, I have created a new Layout on the page. After click the "+" symbol, I click on "Edit Layout" from the menu that appears.

Oh, sorry, I get it now.
Have you used a non-default theme which might have some element that overlaps a newly created row?

I actually found a post that said this has been a bug for many version now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
