can't delete forms

When trying to delete forms in "form Results" in 5.6.1.2 I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on a non-object in /www/webvol13/ss/lp80baple7bx13u/xxxxx.xxx/public_html/concrete/core/controllers/single_pages/dashboard/reports/forms.php on line 232

Open that page & on line no 229, put the below code:
$db = Loader::db();
