Can't edit form block

Hi
When i try to edit my form block, i doesn't let my choose any of the "Link, add, options etc."
Does anybody know what could be the problem?
The site is:http://bella-speranza.com/kontakt/... and i even tried it in different browsers with there new updates (firefox and crome)
