Cant Edit Header "Site_Name"

Hi there,
I cant edit the header Site name (www.notcattle.com)
I went onto the dashboard setting, changed, and saved - nothing happened.
I went onto Edit mode and tried on Properties - doesnt work.
Please advise.
Also - how can i edit the footer right at the btm - thanks.

i dont want to have the 'log in here to edit the site' words/link.

The strangest and most frustrating thing is - its not working.
I tried to link - i copied the concrete/theme/default to theme/default and edited it (i only took off the words (Sign in to Edit the Site) & (concrete 5 = open source cms) between the ('')
it didnt help.
Then i did the same within the original file in concrete/theme/default and it didnt work.
Then i went onto the Dashboard and i updated the Cache, and then clear the Cache.
Still nothing's worked, please help :(

Have you tried clearing the cache first? Go to the dashboard, then Sitewide Settings, and click the "Clear Cache" button. Then try refresh the page.
If that doesn't do it, we'll try something else.
