Can't edit sub-page

I cannot edit a sub-page. In admin mode, the "Edit" button and drop down options are available on main pages, but not sub-pages.
You will want to go to sitemap, click on your pages, and choose permissions. Than check permissions. Screenshot attached
That still didn't work. Permissions were already checked for the admin. I also add permissions for registered users and it still didn't help.
