Can't figure out how to remove deleted picture

Howdy!

I have a picture that is on my concrete5 page, but isn't inside any "block" that I can tell.

I deleted the image from the file manager, but the placeholder for the image is still there.

How can I get rid of this if I can't access it via the CMS?

Check it on stacks. If it's not there then nothing you can do from CMS, you need an access to server through FTP (or something like that) and then edit your themes file.
