Cant get back into Dashboard when I was trying to perform an edit....Help

Permalink 2 users found helpful
I am using Slate and I am really new to this.
I have a site 3/4s completed and tried to add a document link Block.

I have got the following error when i tried to load an external doc and now it wont let me go back into edit mode (or Dashboard) on the site even after logging in.

An unexpected error occurred.
Unable load external form block controller file: Web Site Disclaimer EYS Travel Planners.docx
< Back to Home

I hit the back to home button but nothing happens and even when I have rebooted and try to go into edit mode it goes straight back to this point - I have tried to delete this doc but still no luck

Appreciate your assistance

Regards Ty

Hello,

Approve an older version of the page and delete the new version.

From the site map click on the page and select "versions" from the pop up.

Select and approve an older version then select and delete the new messed up version.

I just noticed you said you can not access the dashboard.

Can you provide a link to the site?

Correct - Cant get into dashboard

The website iswww.www.eystravelplanners.com.au...

That still looks like were I left it - its only when I try to login to edit at that it goes straight to the same message.

Thanks Ty

If you are able to hover the edit button, you can access versions from there without the need to go in edit mode or the dashboard.

The only page I can get into is the one that shows the error message and that is all that is on the page - nothing else apart from the Concrete5 logo in the top left corner.

The back to Home button does not go anywhere and once I go into that page I cant get back to the web site with using a new browser....

Thanks Ty
