Can't get links in the File Manager

Hi,
since I've migrated one of my sites, admin user can't get the file managers with active links. All the folders and files are unaccessible and links in the menu also (upload, etc.).
When editing a page, files uploading is possible.
I don't understand, it's the first time it happens after a migration.
An idea ?
