Can't Log In... Password Reset Not Working

I'm unable to login to my site. I've tried to reset the password, but the email isn't coming through.

I've checked myPHPadmin LOGS table and there's no sign of the email.

Any suggestions? I'm so frustrated with Concrete5 lately I'm about ready to give up and try something else.

look in your site phpMyAdmin via the cpanel. find the logs table. look at the last message sent. It should be to you. In it there is a link to reset you PW. past that in a browser window and you should get to where you need to be.

I have checked the LOGS table and there is no email. The last one that was sent was in December of last year.

Hi,

You can reset your password using some php code, let me know if you are able to use or write code.
