Cant 'Publish My Edits' ?

I recently added some stacks and edit some others on my site. But when i sign out or exit edit mode it doesnt ask me to 'publish my edits' so my site once signed out looks like it did prior to the edits.
I approved these changes while on the 'Stacks' page, but cant seem to figure out how to publish or save these edits?

Usually one forget to approve the changes on the stack page, but since you clearly states you have done that my best guess is it's a caching issue and will probably be solved by itself once the cache times out. You can always force a cache flush on the site to see if your changes appear.
Stacks are very cache sensitive, adajad suggestion of flushing your C5 cache is probably the best and can be found at system & settings/cache but I some time find that browser cache flushing may be needed too.
