Can't remove header info on mobile view
Permalink
Hey there
I'm trying to remove this top header that is now appearing only on the mobile version. I removed it and it's not showing on the computer version but is still on the mobile version of my website. I'm adding what the computer looks like vs what the mobile view looks like.
Thank you!!!

Hey there
You're right! It doesn't show on the editor which is why I thought it was gone. I'm actually a filmmaker clunking my way through this process. Since I can't access it on the home page in edit mode now, I can't find where to delete it.
Any suggestions? I'll keep searching as well but anything that can help me finish the website and get back to what I actually do would be amazing.
Thank you!

I wonder if it could be hidden/obscured by concrete5's toolbar when logged in. Try logging out and see if you can see it.
I think that, with some appropriate CSS classes, you can ensure that your site's areas don't ride up and get hidden that way.

Hey there
Yep, I would love to take classes some day. Or find the money to hire someone so I can do what I'm good at... even better, right?
Thanks so much for the suggestions!

My apologies for a possible misunderstanding. I wasn't meaning to be patronising by mentioning 'classes'. A 'class' has a particular technical meaning in this context, and a particular CSS class is used to ensure that the page header drops below the concrete5 toolbar when necessary. Sometimes that class is left off, which can result in a similar effect to what you observed. A developer could look at the relevant CSS code and see if the right class is included.
But I'm all in favour of additional education, too. ;)

For something theme specific like this, I would ask the theme developer about it.
