Can't see Theme

I'm using iPage. I've installed Concrete5. I've downloaded and installed a theme, but cannot see the changes on my website. I know I'm missing something....but what?

Did you Activate the Theme under Dashboard -> Pages & Themes?

I have this trouble too. And I DID "activate" my theme. But then when I log into my website's dashboard it's nowhere to be found.

OK. Apparently I have to do it through my website dashboard and NOT through my Concrete5 user login Project page...
