Cant upgrade my addon because I cant reassign the license...

Hi I can't upgrade an important AddOn for a client because I can't find where to reassign the license. (See previous post). I tried downloading the archive and upgrading it manually but it doesn't seem to work.
The AddOn is Chads ProEvents.
I appreciate this is a stupid problem but it is nevertheless important.

SORTED THIS but its a bit of a muck about. Had to assign a FREE addon in oder to get the Add Item to this Site dialog box to show...
