Can't upload multiple images in Firefox?
Permalink 1 user found helpful
I have a weird problem I was wondering whether someone else could replicate for me.
If I try to upload multiple images using Firefox (that's v19.0.2, but previous version didn't work either) the standard pop-up window appears, but the 'Add Files' graphic with the little green plus doesn't appear, so I can't add any files.
Uploading single images is fine, and uploading multiple images to the same c5 site using IE or Chrome is fine.
Any ideas? Site is running 5.6.1.2.
Thanks

I just want to second this problem... In on Firefox 20.0.1 experiencing exactly the same thing?
If Firefox is the only browser you can use, you could try a FTP program such as FileZilla.
Yes there are plenty of workarounds, like using other browsers, FTP, SFTP to get the files there, but it's just that I've been recommending Firefox to the last 50 or so clients, so it's what they will be using...
Maybe submit it as a bug here:

Multiple upload feature works with flash (.swf), check if u have last version of flash plugin in your firefox.
You are quite correct, I just updated to the latest Shockwave Flash 11.7.700 and the "Add Files" button is back again. Thanks for your help.
I was able to determine what was going on on my end.
Concrete5 continues to grow in complexity and what I am noticing is that my server needs to process more and more information at a time. I own a dedicated server so I was able to update the gloabl php.ini file to process 128MB instead of the standard 32MB. The shame is that it couldn't always handle 64MB which is what most people change their server too. I don't know if that is because C5 is now so large or if I host several c5 websites in one place but I would encourage the developers to start scaling back their leaps and bounds so the everyday person can keep up. C5 is my lively-hood so I need it working more than I need it to be revolutionary.
Ciao
