is there some type of carousel slider that can show my logos going across the top of the page?
I am also wondering if there is also a file set that shows the featured image at the top but a carousel of the other images in the slideshow at the bottom?

There are many carousel add-ons available in the marketplace. I recommend looking through them to see which one would fit your needs.
