Certain Page keeps signing me out

There's a specific page that keeps signing me out. I do not know why. It is my donations page. I have cleared cache as well.
Did you check page permissions?
Yes. When I go to the page, there is no dashboard, not edit, no toolbar what so ever and it appears to be unchanged. I deleted a sub-page that it is showing.
When I turn off the Force SSL, it seems to work fine. But I need the Force SSL to run.
And when I use the Force SSL, it does not secure the page at all. I'm not sure what is going on.
