Change a text block to an image block

I have been adapting the Greek Yoghurt theme and am very nearly where I want to be.
Howevever at the top left of the page there is a 'Block', I think that is what it is called which I would like to change to a company logo. Can someone walk me through the process, I have been reading the how to's but am still confused.
