Hi,
Can we change the Concrete5 logo in admin panel with our own logo?
I mean is it legal?

yes. this is perfectly fine.

v5.5 will have some white labeling features of varying degrees to improve upon this.

I speculate a paid option for improved labeling features?

But yes, I see this constantly, and the license agreement permits this.
