I'm using scrapbooks to manage sidebar content throughout a large site. When I change the order of blocks within a scrapbook by dragging the icons up or down, the change does not appear on the site until emptying the cache.

That would not be a big problem, but the actual scrapbook in dashboard has the same issue. Change the order of blocks, then do something else and come back and the block order is back to where it was before the change, until emptying the cache.

I have tried disabling caching on the scrapbook page, but it doesn't make any difference. How can I stop the cache from affecting the scrapbook block order, esp in scrapbook.
