Change tab names

Our wesbite currently has 7 parent pages and the names of these pages show on the tabs at the top on the home page (like lots of websites). I want to change the name of one of the pages AND the name that appears on that tab. I know how to change the name of the page. But the name on the tab doesn't change. How can I change the name that appears on the tab?
