How do I change the grey colour for the "Home" link in the Yogurt Theme?

Mnkras is correct, but in case you are still having trouble this may help.
Before I would start customizing the default theme, I'd copy it from siteroot/concrete/themes/default to siteroot/themes/default. Then take a look at the two css files in the theme: main.css and typography.css.
