Changed Permissions on a page

I edited "who could view" multiple pages in my main nav and now I am locked out of these pages. I am selected as the admin but now my pages are forbidden for me to see and restore on my website. I am supposed to be an admin on this website so I should be to change the permission per page. but I can't seem to change the setting as it says I do not have access to permissions. Any help would be appreciated!
