Changing an Ordered List's Starting Number

Hi, I keep thinking this should be easy but I must be missing something obvious. How can I change the starting number in an ordered list from 1 to 3?

I've done a bit more Googling and found that <ol start="3"> is what I am probably looking for but if click the html button and change the <ol> tag to <ol start="3"> it seems to always just revert back to <ol>.
Well I got it to work by just using an html block instead of a content block, but am still interested in knowing how to do this with a content block.
I don't think it's possible with the content block. I just did a quick google search for "TinyMCE ordered list numbering" (TinyMCE is the editor component used in Concrete5), and it came up with a bunch of people asking for this but apparently no solution. :(
Thanks for your reply, it certainly would be a nice feature for them to add. For now my workaround is working fine in this case.
