Changing Area Layouts

Is there a way to change layout of a Global Area in a page template? See attached image for what it currently is and what I'd like it to be. Using 5.7.4.2 Thanks!

Check the theme's header file in the 'elements' folder inside the theme. You'll probably find it there.
