Changing Button Titles to not match Page Name

I am using the Simplicity Theme and I am trying to Name the Page but I want the link button in the Header to stay as Home. anyone know where I should be looking?

Go to page properties and use the custom attributes to add the meta title tag

That didn't work.

Let me try again I am trying to have the Page title be my company name and hey have the link button in the header what changes to the page name remain as Home
