Changing site name

I am having trouble getting rid of the My Site text that is behind the header nav. I tried changing it in the dashboard by it wont go away. How do I eliminate it?

you can either do it through the scrapbook, and then delete it there, or you can simply remove the code from the theme in the /themes/<yourtheme>/elements/header.php


or if it's the default themes it's in the concrete/themes/

this issue is absolutely driving me nuts. I've read the posts and I can't get rid of that site name on the page.
