Changing the site's title in the (H1) page header.

I decided the change the name of my site. I am using the default theme. This is my first time using Concrete 5.
I went into the dashboard and Sitewide Settings, then updated the first field: Name Your Website.
The title of the page <TITLE> updated immediately, but the title of the page that appears at the top of the page header in the H1 id="logo" element, is still the original site title.
It's not a caching issue, since I made the change on a computer at home yesterday and I'm looking at it from my work computer today.
