Yesterday many of the pages on my website have started displaying a "#" character next to or beneath the images. The site has been up for nearly a year and this just started happening. After some trial and error I figured out that if I change <p data-redactor-inserted-image="true">, which precedes the images, to <p> the # goes away. The trouble is, <p data-redactor-inserted-image="true"> was built into the template and is therefore on pretty much every page. Does anyone have any suggestions for doing a global fix for this?
