Choose A Page Type

Hello All,
Im very new to this and having a lot of trouble. Im trying to create a site with a blog, along with uploading video content and selling accounts to view this data.
It will be about real estate and ect.
When I create a new page it says "Choose A Page Type" is there a blog page type I can get? If not what options do I have?
can I do the things I said above? about getting people to create accounts here and paying for them?

Try installing with sample content
Im not sure what that is or where it is.. I'm really new.. I'm sorry. Can you help me further?
There should be a "blog post" page type available. What Mnkras was saying is you will need to re-install the site, and when you do the installation, make sure the "install sample content" checkbox is checked.
If you've already put a lot of content into your site, though, you might not want to do this because you will lose all of that.
Also, make sure you're installing the most recent version (5.4.1.1).

Hm, that’s okay. I installed something called Blogga and it seems pretty good; having some issues with it.
