Which block are using, and is the add page option, for an internal link option ? Its difficult to know what your doing exactly without more specifics.

Thanks Ekko for the response. What I have found out on my own is that IE10 does not play well with the select page function. I never thought about going into compatibility mode until I was tinkering around on my Iphone and Safari and could not re-create the error. That is how I realized it wasn't an issue with C5, but with the browser.

I am using Windows8 Consumer Preview which includes the IE10. I was not using the Metro UI but the full browser.

Just so it is clear what the problem was to start with, the select page function on an add block popup would not display properly. I didn't know what it should look like, so I didn't realize that it was combining the search tab view and the full sitemap tab together in a jumbled view that caused it to appear as though you should be able to select a page from the bottom of the page and use the "with selected" drop down to choose options with.

Unless you reproduce the view, I don't know that I can do a better job of explaining what was happening.
