Choosing a C5 page withing TIny MCE

When using Tiny MCE to edit rich content is there any way to make the link interface allow a user to select a page from within Concrete5? At the moment I'm just using a second browser tab to find the required page and pasting in "/index.php?cID=100" as the link target, but it would be nice to have this smoothly integrated.

And by "nice" I mean "is something the client is asking for" :-)

Thanks - that's what I was after... I was looking within the Tiny MCE window.

Is there anyway to configure the add link function so it does not include the domain name? (i.e.: links to "/my-page" instead of "http://mydomain.com/my-page")

We have an issue with content getting set up on one environment using the domain name in links, which then break when moved to production.
