Clearing Cache causing internal server error

Every time i clear the cache on my website it causing an internal server error. I think it may be timing out. Does anyone know how to fix this or what might be causing it. Or another way to clear the cache besides going through c5?

Any help would be great.

Hello,
Not sure what version of concrete5 you are running, but you should be able to manually delete the files and folders that start with zend_cache located in /files/cache/.
