column alignment problem

I have been doing a slight redesign for my son's school website -http://www.queeneleanor.org - I now can't get the right hand column to align with the top of the other two columns. I have been trying to resolve this problem for a couple of days without success. Any help gratefully received. I have attached the default and style files for reference.
Just a quick view of your site; The images/content of the right sidebar appear to be wider than the actual sidebar. Could this be causing content to scroll below the main because of space constraints on overall width?

Many thanks for both of your swift replies. I tried both solutions but didn't make much progress. In the end I stripped it back to a previous version and made amends from there. Still not sure what the problem was but I seem to have got there in the end!
