Commerce Billing Page Mod

Hi,

Would like to add 'County' to 'State/Province' on billing page.

Would also like to swop 'State/Province' with 'Country', I want 'Country' to show before 'County/State/Province'

I have searched forums and dug into Core-commerce and now I'm stumped.

What file do I fiddle with?

I'm also looking into it, I think core commerce uses the general address attribute in c5, so I think it will have to be changed there
