Community doesn't recognize URL but the project link works

I am able to get on to my dashboard. I can see my project in the projects area of the community. This message appears in the dashboard. " The base URL of your site does not match a registered instance of the site. Please click below to authenticate your site again. "

How do I properly associate my project with the community?

Please help if you have any idea why this is happening. I am on the concrete5 site, logged in, I can see my Add-ons. They show up in my dashboard but the dashboard shows a blank connect to community dialog box pop-up when trying to connect from within the dashboard.

Clearly this is the site I am working on, the assoxiated add-ons are there. Why can't I get to them. I know of one which has a critical update I wish to run.
