Sorry thought I would clarify. The when coming back to edit the same content, it appears to load the content before I had previously amended it.
Is 'Cloudflare' turned on in your hosting cPanel?
Doesn't look like it.
Is there a public URL we could take a peak at?
Unfortunately not at the moment. It's a site for a client who is yet to set it live.
Though surprisingly today I am now unable to replicate the issue. It was Definitely happening yesterday.
Only big changes I've made since is permissions.
If you can replicate make sure you're on the main administrator account, or, you've set the client account permissions to full everything as a possible work around.
Will leave this open a while to see if anyone else has some insight, or can replicate it.

I've experiencing this problem. And this is definitely a deal breaker.
I create the page type, add the default blocks, one of them is a content block with composer enabled. It does have other blocks, but only a few are composer enabled.
I create a new item like always, everything OK. But then, after a few days I was trying to edit the content, using the edit in composer feature, and once I'm in composer, the content disappears. I tried copying an old version, and nothing. The workaround is to edit the block NOT in composer, but through the frontend editor.
I have a blog on the same site, and it works well, with no issues.
