Composer - when publishing its dosen't apply my theme.

Hi
Im using C5 5.6.0.1 now. (i also tried it in c5 5.5.4)
I have this problem in composer, when publishing its dosen't apply my theme, but it applies Greek Y or some of the others themes. I've tried to remove the others themes, but then its just applies nothing.. is this a bug?
