Concrete 5 running slow

We are editing things for the coming year and I have started to work with our installation and it is running slow.

We have pretty much built this without doing much HTML and from searching for why our installation might be slow I am seeing some html might be involved to fixing things. It might be a combo of the theme we have picked.....either way I need help!

I have seen some people give a report about what might not be working on a site or at least would be making it so slow.

I have tried a few things.... cache on or off but am limited at the moment..

Any help would be great!

Hello biffstephens,

I really recommend using caching, which can really help increase the speed your site loads. I know you mentioned turning it on or off, but you may want to try "full site caching."

Also, gtmetrix.com can perform a speed test and provide specific coding recommendations.
