Concrete is connected (to the community) and unable to disconnect

Hi there,

I recently ordered a new server, so I had to move my test installation of concrete to the new server.
Domain, location, database, everything the same. So no big deal.

But I tried to add a licence (photo gallery) to my test page. I was able to assign the licence on the concrete website profile page of my test-concrete. But the package never showed up in /dashboard/extend/install/
I tried it with other licences and so on. At least I tried to disconnect myself from the community... Now there is no project page on the concrete website anymore, but /dashboard/extend/connect/ still shows I am connected. Which I am really not (the displayed link directly goes to a 404)

Is there any possibility to reset the connecten on my concrete test installation?

Try this. Go to your dashboard and on this line "Extend concrete5 – Install, update or download more themes and add-ons, select "addons" this should begin the re-connect process.

The new connection will most likely create a new project page so be sure to move your licenses over.

Thanks for your answer, but it did not help.
I think the solution is where the information about the community connection is stored. But I was not able to find this information in the documentation of Concrete :/

Thank you.
But this did not fix the problem :(

How could that possibly be, that /dashboard/extend/connect/ still shows that I am connected. There must be an other value which says Concrete that I am connected.

Thank you! :)

Have you tried clearing out the cache for your site yet? I would try that first and see if that clears out the "connection" to the community. Maybe the token is getting caught up still hence the false state of connection.

Thanks. Yes I tried clearing the cache in the first place and also tried it after the token removal. Still same state :(
The people in the posted thread have the same problem too. It seems not that the removal of the token plus the clearing of the cache was a solution for anyone :(
There must be another dependence, how else could it be.

This is a long shot but can you try it from a different browser ? It may actually be browser related as there is not much else it could be. Its also happened before in firefox 6 where the exact same issue was resolved by a browser switch. Worth a try.

I have tried it with IE7, Chrome and Firefox. Also tried to switch the language and so on. No change on connection state :(

Thanks for the offer, it's not critical, it's just a test installation ;)
But if somebody had/have a solution, i would be interested ^^

Hard to say without using ftp or web access to it. I would be interested in knowing what is up as well.
