How we can add Grid Support Areas and Layouts in Concrete5 5.6. Please let me know if there is any way that we can add Grid Support in Concrete5 5.6 to create layouts.

Please explain in more detail. What exactly are you trying to achieve.

Can you not just use the 'Layout' tool?
